EN-204 Is a multi-range vibration meter and electronic stethoscope suitable for making detailed and accurate vibration measurements, and having a very wide measurement range. It is ideal for plant maintenance and for performing pdm maintenance programs. This meter is rich in features, having three ranges to choose from, regardless of the parameter chosen. The unit is suitable for measuring vibration levels in roller bearings and moving machinery. Unit features a digital LCD display and also features an industrial type headphone that can be used for listening to the sound of roller bearings. This is a cost effective method of enhancing machine reliability in your plant. The unit features an ISO 2372 chart built into the front panel, enabling you to do direct comparison of your measured vibration results with that of industry standards, thus eliminating guesswork and simplifying routine maintenance tasks.

• Measures vibration in:

Acceleration – suitable for 10,000 + rpm and high speed machinery applications.

Velocity – per ISO 2372. Suitable for general purpose vibration measurements and is ideal for monitoring machinery, and for performing trending. (pdm maintenance)

Displacement. – perfect for low speed heavy machinery.

• Electronic Stethoscope – used with Included headphones for listening to the sound of the roller bearings and to determine lubrication requirements.

• Measures vibration in both RMS and in PEAK values.

• Auto power off for conserving battery life.

• Data Hold for recording current reading on display.
